At NovaRDP (a service by Neosys Technology), we aim to provide reliable and secure cloud hosting solutions to all our customers. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds are provided. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only within 48 hours of the initial purchase of a new service (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
- To request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] within this period.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- Renewals of existing services.
- Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, illegal usage, spamming).
- Services used beyond the initial 48-hour period.
- Refund requests made without a valid reason or outside the allowed timeframe.
- Any account balance, credits, or top-ups added to your NovaRDP account. All such payments are final and non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and non-transferable.
- Services suspended or restricted due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
3. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
