NovaRDP, a service provided by Neosys Technology, offers Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) services for Windows on a subscription basis. These services are provided based on the package chosen by the user (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual).
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To use our services, users must create an account on the NovaRDP website. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, and any activities that occur under their account.
4. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION
Users agree to pay the fees associated with the selected subscription package. Payments are processed securely through designated payment gateways. Subscription renewal processes vary by payment gateway, and users are notified of these processes during their initial payment. Users are responsible for understanding the renewal terms of their chosen payment gateway.
5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued within 48 hours of the initial purchase. If a user is dissatisfied with our services within this period, they may request a refund by contacting our customer support. Users must review and understand the refund policy before making a purchase.
6. USAGE POLICY
Users agree not to use NovaRDP services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious software, and any actions that violate applicable laws. We do not tolerate IP abuse reports, and violations may result in immediate suspension of services.

Users are responsible for securing their RDP credentials and ensuring the security of their devices. NovaRDP is not liable for any security breaches resulting from user negligence.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neosys Technology, including NovaRDP, is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
10. AMENDMENTS
Neosys Technology reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Neosys Technology services, including NovaRDP, shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of India.
