This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules for using services provided by NovaRDP, a service operated by Axora Digital Services - FZCO. By using our services, you agree to use them responsibly and in accordance with this policy.

1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use NovaRDP services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access, hacking, or exploitation of systems.
  • DDoS attacks, botnets, brute force attacks, or network disruption.
  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, scams, or misleading activities.
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or distribution of harmful software.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Hosting or distributing illegal or abusive content.
  • Copyright infringement or unauthorized content distribution.
  • Use of pirated, unauthorized, or illegal software or license keys.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or datacenter policies.

2. Responsibility for Service Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their VPS/RDP environment, including passwords, applications, and configurations. The account holder is responsible for activity originating from their services. If unauthorized access or compromise is suspected, users should notify NovaRDP promptly so the matter can be investigated.

3. Resource and Network Usage

Services must not be used in a way that negatively impacts NovaRDP infrastructure, other users, or upstream providers. Excessive or abusive usage, including excessive CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth usage, or activities that cause service degradation for other customers, may result in restrictions.

4. Enforcement

NovaRDP may review and take action on any activity that appears to violate this policy. Actions may include:

  • Temporary suspension of services.
  • Permanent termination of services.
  • Restriction of account access.
  • Blocking of specific activities or traffic.

NovaRDP reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the violation.

Services may be suspended immediately without prior notice where required by our datacenter, infrastructure providers, security providers, applicable laws, or where necessary to protect our infrastructure, users, or third parties.

Services involved in serious violations may be suspended or terminated as necessary to protect our infrastructure and users. Refund eligibility in such cases is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Abuse Reports

We take credible abuse reports seriously. Reports may come from infrastructure providers, third parties, or relevant authorities. NovaRDP may investigate credible abuse reports and, where reasonably necessary to protect our infrastructure, users, or third parties, may temporarily restrict or suspend affected services during the investigation.

Customers may be required to cooperate with abuse investigations and provide relevant information when reasonably requested.

7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

NovaRDP may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, datacenters, and service providers to deliver services. Users must also comply with applicable policies and requirements imposed by such providers.

8. Changes to this Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
